Once a typical townhouse in Kortrijk, now a cozy student house which I especially intend to international students who seek a comfortable accommodation during their university studies in Kortrijk.
My student house is not luxurious, but it has all the necessary comfort. It's a great place to live.
There are only 3 units available for rent,
2 units are available for a student couple
and 1 unit is available as a single room.
This makes it a quiet place to live and easy to manage. All students have their privacy in a well furnished unit.
